The LeanDNA product team has been working diligently on making improvements to LeanDNA’s user experience. After 1.5 years of in-depth research, discovery, internal and external user research and usability testing, we are excited to introduce a refreshed interface for our users.
Offering a modern design and an intuitive hierarchy, the new interface makes it easier than ever to navigate and find the information you need. With simplified navigation, consolidated reports, and personalized context-specific views, these updates will save time and enhance efficiency for users. Additionally, we’re starting a journey toward greater accessibility by aligning with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
What’s new?
- Fresh interface: New modern look and feel you'll love
- Intuitive hierarchy: Reorganized information to be more intuitive and save you time
- Context-specific views: Personalize experiences by setting report and dashboard defaults for new users, with a focus on standard work
- Web accessibility: We've taken steps to make our product accessible per WCAG 2.2 AA standards
Top changes to know
- Navigation has been simplified and consolidated: The most noticeable difference is the navigation is now on the left side instead of the top. Navigate LeanDNA faster in one place.
- Reports are in one place: Previously, reports were scattered in different areas of LeanDNA. Now, relevant reports can be found in one list with a quick way to a new one from the navigation or list.
- Save reports, dashboards and settings pages to Favorites: Favorite your most used reports, dashboards, and settings pages by clicking the star next to the report header or within your lists of reports and dashboards.
- Report and dashboard defaults by role: Onboarding new users and driving standard work is faster and easier by setting default reports and dashboards for roles. Edit the LeanDNA out-of-the-box dashboards and replace them with the widgets that are most relevant. Combined with sharing, teams can work off the same reports and dashboards without confusion.
- Your primary workspaces, “My work” and “Workbench,” are front and center: LeanDNA’s actionable insights help optimize the supply chain. Now, “My work” and ”Workbench'' ensure everyone is working towards a common goal.
- Performance dashboards are now reports: We heard your feedback that some of our dashboards looked a lot like reports. To remove confusion, buyer performance, item group performance, planner performance, and site performance can be now found in reports.
The new interface is now available for all LeanDNA users.
