• Smarter Insights, Easier Navigation, and AI-Powered Enhancements

At LeanDNA, we’re always listening to our customers and improving our platform to help supply chain teams work smarter, move faster, and drive better results. This Winter 2025 update introduces some exciting new capabilities to help manufacturers optimize inventory, reduce shortages, and improve collaboration.

Enhanced Navigation: A More Intuitive, Efficient Experience

LeanDNA is now easier to use! Why? We’ve redesigned the platform’s navigation to save you time, reduce clicks, and improve usability.

    Here’s what’s new:

    • Left-side navigation (instead of top menu) for faster access
    • All reports in one place—no more hunting for the data you need
    • Quick access to favorite reports & dashboards with a single click
    • Custom dashboard defaults by role to streamline onboarding & collaboration
    • "My Work" and "Workbench" are front and center so you can take action faster

    LeanDNA platform

This new layout makes it faster and easier than ever to navigate the platform, find what you need, and keep work streamlined.

New Auto Health Score in Site Performance

Tracking site performance just got easier! We’ve introduced an Automated Health Score that gives you a clear snapshot of how each site, entity, division, and business unit is performing.

    LeanDNA Platform

    How it works:

    • The score is based on three key performance indicators (KPIs):
      1. Inventory reduction (90-day trend)
      2. Critical shortages reduction (last 90 days)
      3. Daily buyer engagement
    • You can set targets and weight each KPI based on what matters most to your organization
    • View individual site scores or group performance across multiple locations
    • Click the score icon to see trends, target progress, and impact breakdowns

This new capability gives you instant visibility into site performance so you can quickly identify problem areas and take action. LeanDNA users can learn more about the Auto Health Score here.

Supplier Achievements: Drive Engagement & Collaboration

Suppliers can now earn achievement badges for high-value actions like:

    • Sending chat messages
    • Entering commit dates
    • Completing key supply chain tasks

This gamifies supplier collaboration, making LeanDNA more engaging and encouraging faster response times—so you can resolve shortages and delays more efficiently. LeanDNA users can learn more about achievements here.

Expanded Site Performance Reporting: More Data, More Visibility

We’ve added new columns to Site Performance to help you better track results and workload. You’ll now see:

    • Supplier count
    • Number of non-compliant POs
    • Overdue workbench tasks
    • Open PO count
    • POs placed in the last 30 days
    • PO recommendations created in the last 30 days

More granular data means clearer insights and better decision-making across your supply chain.

    What’s Next?
