• Supply & Demand Chain Executive Names LeanDNA’s Daniel Taylor as Recipient of 2025 Pros to Know Award

    AUSTIN, Texas — March 27, 2025 — Supply & Demand Chain Executive has named Daniel Taylor, VP of Customer Success for LeanDNA, as one of the winners of this year’s Pros to Know award. This prestigious recognition celebrates outstanding executives whose accomplishments provide a blueprint for other leaders aiming to leverage supply chain for competitive advantage.  Daniel has been honored in the Rising Star Category, recognizing young or newer professionals (39 and under) whose achievements, hard work, and vision have significantly shaped the supply chain network.

    Daniel is pivotal in overseeing and managing the daily and weekly priorities of LeanDNA’s global customer success managers, based across the U.S., Mexico, Canada, France, Poland, and Malaysia, supporting customers in nearly 30 countries. He is ultimately responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and regular touchpoints. He also represents LeanDNA at tradeshows, conferences, and customer webinars.

    Over the past 12 months, Daniel has driven significant initiatives, including expanding the customer success team internationally, enabling LeanDNA to provide support in seven languages, launching successful customer engagement programs, and maintaining target customer retention rates amidst rapid growth. Daniel and his team gathered over 30 customer champions for LeanDNA’s inaugural customer conference.

    Daniel has spent over ten years at LeanDNA in product management, solutions engineering, implementation management, and ultimately, building LeanDNA’s Customer Success organization.
